There’s nothing in the world that beats a slice of pizza; the combination of bread, sauce, and cheese tastes like heaven and feels like home. A slice of cheesy pizza awakens every taste bud in my tongue.
Don’t judge me, but I would choose pizza over fruits every single time. However, I know that the nutritional value of pizza is not even close to the nutritional value of fruits.
In contrast, pizza is full of saturated fat which could increase your risk for heart disease. Meanwhile, regularly eating fruits can prevent a wide array of chronic diseases and provide you with an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.
At some point, I knew I had to love my health as much as I love pizza! I knew that I had to start taking care of my body and giving it the best opportunity to fight diseases and increase its immunity. I knew that I had to fall in love with fruits.
Once I started to incorporate fruits into my daily routine, I became very fond of them. It became an essential part of my breakfast and afternoon snack; it actually felt completely wrong on the days that I’ve missed eating fruits. My whole life has changed the minute I swapped pizza for fruits.
Trust me, you will feel addicted to the feeling that comes along with eating fruits or even drinking some coconut water every day. You will start feeling full of life and high on energy all the time. You will get addicted the minute you start seeing results on your body, face, skin, and hair.
So what is the best fruit to eat every day?
In reality, it’s not wise to say that there’s only one good fruit to consume every day. In fact, all fruits have some type of nutritional value and a set of vitamins to offer. In this article, we will be discussing different types of fruits to eat every day.
